30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
FREE SIZE EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@roastrally.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a replacement as soon as your original arrives back.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email hello@roastrally.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as clearance are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If you received a damaged item or we sent the wrong shirt, we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you. Email hello@roastrally.com with a photo and your order number — we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the return. PayPal refunds typically post within 3–5 business days.
